hyperlink on your web page
with your postal address attached, and your
affiliate ID attached:

Tip: Enter your address in this
URL encoder to obtain the address to attach.
Technical: This is because the
address must be in 'URL
encoded' format,
e.g. a space must be replaced with a '+'. Database driven sites
